Barnes Talero Construction is a Nashville home renovations contractor that prides itself on its good people, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Founded by an architect from Colombia who has over three decades of experience in construction, our company’s goal is to provide its clients with a secure feeling knowing that they are hiring someone trustworthy and that the job will be done well. How It Works
Home remodeling can be an exciting and rewarding process, but it is also one that requires careful planning and preparation. We are here to guide you through the process! Here is a brief overview of the steps we will take as we work together on your project:
1. Planning and Budgeting
During this step, our team will meet with you to learn about your ideas for your home renovation project. We will define your goals and budget as well as create a timeline for the construction work. Barnes Talero Construction will provide you with an estimate for the project, and once you’re ready to move forward, we can begin!
2. Making Creative Choices
For some people this is the fun part, but for others it is the scary part. During this step we will finalize the design plans for your remodel, then you get to choose your materials, finishes, and colors. Once you have a design you love, our team will obtain the necessary permits to move forward with construction.
3. Getting Down to Work
Following the design plan, budget and timeline we created together, our construction team will put in the hard work to make your dream a reality. We will keep you updated on our progress and do our best to keep disruptions to a minimum as you continue to use your home during construction. Respect for you and your space is of the utmost importance to us.
4. Enjoying Your New Home

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Julio and his team completed for us on our large addition. We were in an unfortunate situation where a previous contractor left a job partially completed and Julio was able to pick up the project and ensure everything was done exactly how we wanted and with tremendous quality and speed.
